In 1993
Shanghai Huiyu Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd was founded jointly by Shanghai Huili Chemical Building Materials Factory (Party A) and Taiwan Diyu Chemical Industry Co., Ltd (Party B, assumed the name Taiwan Headway Chemical Industry Co., Ltd in 1998) in Tangdong, Zhoupu Town, Nanhui District, Shanghai with registered capital of USD1.5 million.
In 1998
Achieved ISO9002:1994 International Quality System Certificate.
In 2000
Taiwan Headway Chemical Industry Co., Ltd transferred its stock right of Shanghai Huiyu (60% of total investment amount, i.e. USD900,000) to Urasia International Inc.
Urasia International Inc. is a 100% holding company of Headway Scientific Material Co., Ltd, which was known as Taiwan Headway Chemical Industry Co., Ltd previously.
Shanghai Huiyu Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd was renamed Shanghai Huili Group Co., Ltd, whose 40% stock rights of Shanghai Headway remain the same.
In 2001
Shanghai Huili Group Co., Ltd transferred 15% of its stock rights at the joint venture to Taiwan Yunshan Enterprise Company. Urasia International Inc., Shanghai Huili and Taiwan Yunshan jointly operated the company and started businesses in sports ground, raceway and court.
In 2002
The Field Department started to establish offices in Sichuan, Shenyang and Fujian, and assume court and raceway business.
In 2003
Shanghai Huili Group Co., Ltd transferred 25% of its stock rights to Urasia International Inc., Taiwan Yunshan and Shang Shenlu Economy Trade Co. Ltd, and quit the joint venture.
Achieved ISO9001:2000 International Quality System Certificate.
PU runway passed IAAF sports court material examination.
In 2004～present
We achieved certificate of “Sports Ground Professional Construction (Second Level)” and continue to develop in China market.
